I believe the status quo is merely a starting point for improvement. 

From an early age, I was never satisfied with simply following existing processes; instead, I sought to explore new angles and develop more efficient solutions. My passion for continuous improvement has driven me to master various technologies, always aiming to create innovations that benefit not only myself but those around me.

This drive naturally led me to teaching. Initially, I shared my knowledge through technical support, helping individuals troubleshoot and optimize their workflows. Over time, I transitioned into formal classroom settings, engaging with adult learners and empowering them to enhance their own capabilities. While I’ve held several managerial roles, I find the act of teaching most fulfilling, as it allows me to help others realize their potential and take ownership of their own growth.

Having exited the corporate world, I obtained my Microsoft Certified Trainer Certification and established Superior Data Insights & Training on the shores of Lake Superior. Through mentoring and training, I continue to foster an environment where learning is not just about acquiring knowledge but also about inspiring a mindset of growth and continuous improvement.
